Staged.dev — A Proof of Concept in Signal-Based Screening

ATS systems filter on keywords. A junior candidate with no employer history and no degree gets rejected in three seconds — not because they can't do the job, but because they don't have the paper trail the system expects. The signal it needs is already there. It's just not on the CV. This project asks a simple question: if you ignore the CV entirely and look only at what someone has built in public, how far can you get?
